What's he doing with your camera? You need to get that back. Trade him an extra large chocolate shake from McDonalds for it and see if you can help start him in the habit of drinking them. See how this works?
You need to find them both and run them down in your car. If no car is available, steal a city bus. They're heavier anyway. Makes a nice, satisfying splat.
